Taylor Shultz, Porter Kyle
Taylor Shultz is a partner of Porter Kyle, a Phoenix, AZ-based vertically integrated builder and developer that builds for its own portfolio and serves as a third-party general contractor on build-to-rent and multifamily projects for other developers. He brings over 20 years of experience in acquisition, development, financing, management and disposition of apartments.
Shultz and his partners are responsible for launching and building Porter Kyle’s BTR platform, which includes eight townhome BTR developments and a robust entitlement pipeline in Phoenix’s East Valley and Southeast Valley submarkets.
He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Arizona Multihousing Association and holds an Arizona Real Estate license. Schultz received his B.S. from the University of Arizona.
These are some of the reasons why Taylor Shultz was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s first annual AB 100 Developer of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
