Chad DuBeau, Mill Creek Residential
Chad DuBeau is a founding partner of Mill Creek Residential, serves as Executive Managing Director of Development for Arizona, Colorado, and Southern California and is a member of the Investment Committee. His previous roles at the company include Senior Managing Director of development efforts in the Georgia, Tennessee and North Florida regions, where he was responsible for pursuing new development opportunities, product design and entitlements to meet all local jurisdictional requirements.
He was also Managing Director in Mill Creek’s Mid-Atlantic region, where he oversaw the 628-unit Modera Avenir Place at the Dunn Loring Metro Station in Merrifield, VA. DuBeau also held executive positions with Trammell Crow Residential (TCR) and Bozzuto Group.
DuBeau earned his B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the George Washington University.
