Adam Saphier, High Street Residential
Adam Saphier is the President of Trammell Crow Company (High Street Residential) in Texas, Florida and New England. He is responsible for all development and acquisition projects for the firm’s offices in Austin, Boston, Dallas, Houston, and Orlando.
Saphier has been a member of TCC’s Executive Committee and the U.S. Investment Committee since 2012. He works with other TCC leaders to set the firm’s strategic direction and business goals. As a member of the Investment Committee, he reviews TCC’s investment in development projects throughout the country.
He joined TCC in 2005 in Houston as a Senior Associate and has since taken on various leadership roles at the firm. He was named a Principal in 2009 and Managing Director in 2010, leading TCC’s Dallas-Fort Worth team until 2012, when he was promoted to President of the Central U.S. In 2020, he was named President of the Eastern U.S.
Saphier is on the North Texas Food Bank Board Executive Committee and a board member with Youth with a Mission Costa Rica. He earned a B.A. in economics from Pomona College and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School.
These are some of the reasons why Adam Saphier was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s first annual AB 100 Developer of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
