Joe Gambill, Hanover Company
Joe Gambill, Hanover Company’s development partner, leads development initiatives in Southern California. He oversees the acquisition, financing and development of all projects in the region. Hanover Company is a real estate firm that specializes in developing multifamily housing.
Prior to joining Hanover, Gambill was Wood Partners’ Managing Director, where he contributed to the development of over 3,500 multifamily units with a total capitalization exceeding $1.3 billion.
Gambill earned his B.S. in Construction Management from Clemson University and his M.S. in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
