Charles Cochran, Kolter Multifamily
As Kolter Multifamily’s Managing Director, Charles Cochran oversees development in Texas. His tasks include spearheading site acquisitions, entitlements, new construction and asset management.
Cochran previously was with Alliance Residential, where he handled the development and acquisition of over 7,000 units across 20 projects with a total value of $1.2 billion. Other previous positions included working with Newmark’s multifamily investment sales team in Austin, where he participated in more than $650 million in transactions.
Cochran graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA in Finance and a B.A. in Spanish.
These are some of the reasons why Charles Cochran was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s first annual AB 100 Developer of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
