Kimberly Grimm, Continental Properties
As Continental Properties’ executive vice president and chief development and construction officer, Kimberly Grimm brings over 30 years of real estate experience to her job. She oversees the development of new rental housing projects nationwide, including project sourcing, due diligence, entitlement, permitting, and construction activities.
Grimm has held several positions within Continental’s development area and currently serves as an Investment Committee member. She is the Officer Sponsor for the Continental Cares initiative and an active participant with the National Multifamily Council, where she is involved with the organization’s Workforce Housing and Design and Construction Peer Group Committees.
She received her B.A. in Finance from the University of North Texas and an MBA from Loyola University, Chicago.
These are some of the reasons why Kimberly Grimm was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s first annual AB 100 Developer of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
