Jaime Lee, Jamison
Jaime Lee is the Chief Executive Officer of the Jamison Group of companies, a family-owned real estate development and management company in Los Angeles’ Koreatown. Under Lee’s leadership, Jamison has become one of the city’s most active developers, focusing on adaptive reuse projects and multifamily housing. The company has delivered over 6,500 apartment units since 2014, with an additional 7,500 units currently under construction or in development.
Lee’s strategic vision helped Jamison transform from a traditional office building management firm into a leader in urban residential development. She has supported converting underutilized office spaces into residential units, addressing the region’s housing shortage while revitalizing neighborhoods like Koreatown.
Lee has served on the USC Board of Trustees, the James Campbell Company and the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics Organizing Committee boards. She was also part of the Los Angeles Business Journal’s LA500 list of influential leaders.
Lee earned her B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Southern California (USC).
These are some of the reasons why Jaime Lee was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s first annual AB 100 Developer of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
