Chris O’Neill, NRP Group
Chris O’Neill joined The NRP Group’s Houston office in 2022 as the Executive Vice President of Development. He is responsible for NRP’s market-rate multifamily development activity in the Texas, Arizona, Colorado and Nevada markets.
Prior to joining NRP, O’Neill was Hines’ Managing Director. During his 16-year tenure at Hines, he oversaw all aspects of the company’s suburban multifamily platform across the US Southwest. HE also had roles with JPI and Clark Construction.
O’Neill earned a B.S. degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University and an MBA with a focus on Finance from the University of Houston.
These are some of the reasons why Chris O’Neill was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s first annual AB 100 Developer of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
