David Ravin, Northwood Ravin
As President and CEO of Northwood Ravin LLC, David Ravin manages the company’s day-to-day operations and works with the senior management teams to establish and implement strategic goals and initiatives.
Northwood Ravin employs over 400 associates and concentrates on developing, constructing, and managing luxury for-rent and mixed-use housing throughout the Southeast, Southwest and Mid-Atlantic Regions.
Ravin has developed over 75 multifamily communities with a market value exceeding $6 billion, and which have received national and regional recognition
Ravin previously worked at Crosland, where he was President of Crosland Residential, which operated a multifamily portfolio of over 6,000 units.
