Grant Jaber, Hines
Grant Jaber is Managing Director of Multifamily at Hines. He is responsible for the coordination of multifamily development activity in the East Region, including NorthLight Edge-on-Hudson (Sleepy Hollow, NY), The Whit Wooster Square (New Haven, CT) and Revio (Revere Beach, MA).
Prior to joining Hines in 2018, Jaber spent over 10 years at AvalonBay Communities, Inc., where he initiated and managed the new development of multifamily apartment communities in Westchester County, NY and Connecticut. During his tenure at AvalonBay, he was involved in the development of over 3,600 apartment homes, primarily in Fairfield, CT and Westchester, NY, representing approximately $992 million in total development activity.
He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut.
Jaber earned his M.S. in Finance from Boston University and a B.A. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont.
These are some of the reasons why Patrick Cowden was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s first annual AB 100 Developer of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
