Tom Warren is the President of Holland Development, the residential and mixed-use urban infill division of the Holland Partner Group (HPG). He helped start the company with Clyde Holland in 2001.

Since HPG hung its shingle, Warren has completed 12,000 multifamily units across 42 properties, at a total deal volume of $7.5 billion. His projects range from urban high-rise and mid-rise buildings to townhome properties in residential neighborhoods.. While his initial focus was Southern California, Warren expanded his leadership to work with development teams in Denver and Portland, OR.

Warren is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned a degree in Architecture with a Structural Engineering minor.

These are some of the reasons why Tom Warren was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s first annual AB 100 Developer of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
