Regions Real Estate Capital Markets Multifamily Origination Team
The Regions Real Estate Capital Markets Multifamily Origination team, launched in 2022, consists of managing directors Jason Hull and Rickey Mirabito, associates Sean Reilly and Pat Menezes and transaction manager Brian Walior.
This team’s expertise in sourcing and facilitating solutions gets deals done. If a client is missing pieces of the capital stack, needs to source equity, is missing prep, needs loan structuring or an additional partner/sponsor to close, the team makes necessary connections and gets the deal to the finish line.
This region’s team has closed nearly $1 billion in loan originations over the past three years, increasing its annual revenues by 25% or more. Notable deals include a $39.5-million Agency Loan (FMAC) used to fund a Texas multifamily acquisition and a $55-million HUD 221 (d)(4) new construction loan.
The team is active with the CRE Finance Council and the National Multifamily Housing Council as a whole.
These are some of the reasons why the Regions Real Estate Capital Markets Multifamily Origination Team was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s first annual AB 100 Dealmaker of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
