Brian Smuckler, JLL
Brian Smuckler is a senior managing director and co-leader of JLL’s Multi-Housing Capital Markets team in Phoenix. Specializing in multifamily sales in metro Phoenix for 30 years, Smuckler completed over 700 transactions totaling more than $3.5 billion in total consideration. Within the last three years, his team closed 164 transactions, surpassing $1.8 billion in total consideration and achieving 25% market share.
Smuckler’s knowledge of the local market, coupled with his extensive experience and proven track record, positions him as an unrivaled expert in the Metro Phoenix multifamily market. He is committed to delivering value-added advisory and transaction services and continuously exceeding client expectations in both service and pricing.
Smuckler is deeply involved in the real estate community, as a member of the Arizona Multi Housing Association and the National Multifamily Housing Council PAC. He earned his BSBA in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
