Logan Lee, Moody National Companies
Logan Lee, president, joined Moody National Companies in 2005. During his tenure, he helped launch the Investor Services team and served as its Director, where he closed over $500 million in 1031 transactions. He later transitioned to Vice President of Investments, a role that involved structuring and distributing syndications for Moody National’s various equity programs. Because of Lee’s efforts, Moody National Companies has syndicated over $2.1 billion of real estate investment products.
Lee earned an M.A. in Leadership, Theology, & Society from Regent College in Vancouver, BC and a B.A.B.A. from Baylor University. He currently holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
These are some of the reasons why Logan Lee was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s first annual AB 100 Dealmaker of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
