Berkadia Orange County & San Diego Mortgage Banking Team
The Berkadia Orange County & San Diego Mortgage Banking Team consists of co-heads Kevin Mignogna and Charlie Haggard and mortgage banker Lee Scott (all of whom work from the San Diego office). The team also includes assistant vice president—originations Joey Guarino and vice president—originations Michael Beach, who both work from Berkadia’s Irvine location.
The team provides comprehensive commercial real estate financing solutions by connecting property owners with debt and equity capital through its network of lenders, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and life insurance companies. The team’s services include loan origination for acquisitions, refinancing, and development, offering thorough underwriting, loan servicing, and access to specialized financing programs for various commercial property types, particularly multifamily properties.
