Chad Musgrove, M&T Realty Capital Corporation
Chad Musgrove is a senior vice president with M&T Realty Capital Corporation (MTRCC), joining the company in June 2022. He originates multifamily affordable and conventional loans nationwide via the DUS, Optigo and HUD platforms. Additionally, Musgrove oversees Agency production for MTRCC in Miami.
Musgrove has structured more than $2.5 billion in loans throughout his career. His previous positions included associate director with Lument (working for the company’s predecessor firms Hunt Real Estate Capital and Centerline Capital Group). In this role, he expanded the company’s Agency footprint across Florida, the Southeast and nationally.
He is a member of Rebuilding Together Miami-Dade and the Real Estate Lenders Association Miami board. Musgrove also volunteers for non-profit organizations, including Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and 100 Black Men.
Musgrove holds a B.A. in economics from Columbia University.
