As Executive Managing Director, Capital Markets, with Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap, Brian Eisendrath is an industry-leading multifamily financing specialist. His diverse experience in development, banking and capital markets services, as well as his long-term relationships with owners, lenders and equity providers, has helped him consistently be among the top originators in the country. He has deeply rooted relationships within Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, along with an extensive roster of bridge lenders, life insurance companies, banks and joint venture equity providers.

Eisendrath holds a BBA in real estate and finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is an active board member, devoted community member and impactful philanthropist involved in various charitable organizations. In the real estate sector, he is a leader in the Real Estate Division of YPO, sits on a multifamily council committee for the Urban Land Institute and is active with the National Multifamily Housing Council. In addition to being on the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Dean’s External Advisory Board, Eisendrath is head of the investment committee for the University of Wisconsin’s Private Equity Track.
