John Darrow, Slatt Capital
John Darrow, Slatt Capital Principal, has extensive experience on the banking and ownership sides of commercial real estate.
Since 2015, he has been a mortgage banker serving clients throughout the United States, closing 500 loans in over 35 states. The $2 billion-plus in closings he has handled range from $750,000 to over $100 million. He helped open the Slatt Capital Newport Beach office in 2020 and is currently the managing director of the company’s Dallas, TX office.
Darrow is affiliated with the California Mortgage Bankers Association and the National Multifamily Housing Council. He earned his M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University and an M.Arch and B.S. in Architecture from Catholic University in Washington, DC.
