Marc D. Renard is Executive Vice Chairman and Executive Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Capital Markets Group. Since joining in 1983, Renard has been involved in many of the largest and most complex deals in the Western United States; he and his team have closed transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $20 billion.

Client representations include MetLife, Prudential, Bank of America, Angelo Gordon, Blackstone, AIMCO, Morgan Stanley, GE Real Estate, Carlyle, Equity Residential, AIG, Heitman, TIAA-CREF, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, Walton Street Capital, Dubai International, State Farm and Bentall Kennedy.

Renard serves on the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate’s Executive Committee and on the boards of the Arthritis Foundation of Southern California and the Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics at the University of California-Berkeley. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the National Multifamily Housing Council.
