Ellie Perlman, Blue Lake Capital
Ellie Perlman, the founder of Blue Lake Capital, has over two decades of experience in real estate investment, law and property management. She leads Blue Lake Capital, which has completed over $1 billion in multifamily transactions and owns and operates more than 4,100 units across the U.S.
Perlman started her career in Israel as a commercial real estate lawyer, leading real estate transactions for Israel’s largest development company. Later, as a property manager for one of Israel’s most prominent oil and gas companies, she oversaw an extensive portfolio of properties.
She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Bachelor’s, and a master’s in law from Bar-Ilan University. She is a long-term Forbes author on real estate investing.
