Ken Wellar, a founding partner of Global Real Estate Advisors (GREA), has twenty-plus years of experience in the multifamily housing industry. He specializes in the purchase, sale and financing of multifamily housing investments. During his career, Wellar has brokered the sale of over 33,000 units, totaling north of $4 billion in deal volume.
He is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Jewish Federation Real Estate Group, the Pennsylvania Apartment Association, the New Jersey Apartment Association, and the Delaware Apartment Association. Within the industry, Weller is involved with the Urban Land Institute, the Building Industry Association and the YPO.
