Brendan O’Leary, Transwestern
Brendan O’Leary serves as Transwestern’s Vice President. He is responsible for sourcing new development opportunities in Houston, Phoenix and Denver. He also manages projects under construction and facilitates asset dispositions.
Recent responsibilities include Portrait at Hance Park, a mixed-use transit-oriented development consisting of 340 multifamily units with complementary retail, and Derby Roosevelt, a 220-unit high-rise multifamily project, both in downtown Phoenix.
O’Leary is a program committee member with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ Houston chapter and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
These are some of the reasons why Brendan O’Leary was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s first annual AB 100 Dealmaker of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
