Hailey Ghalib, Affinius Capital
Hailey Ghalib serves as Executive Managing Director and Head of Housing Investment and Development for Affinius Capital. In this role, she leads Affinius Capital’s multifamily, mixed-use and senior housing business and oversees its ground-up development program for housing.
Ghalib joined Affinius Capital in 2007. She guides the company’s housing strategy and identifies, negotiates and executes portfolio transactions and development efforts across the United States. She is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and is a licensed architect in the state of Texas.
She received an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.A. in Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley and a B.A. in Architecture from the University of Houston.
Ghalib is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Multifamily Housing Council, where she serves on the Finance Advisory Committee. She also earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
These are some of the reasons why Hailey Ghalib was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s first annual AB 100 Dealmaker of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
