Northmarq Managing Directors Thomas Olivetti and Taylor Sims have been active multifamily brokers in Las Vegas for the past decade. Since they partnered in late 2023, the duo have closed close to $1 billion in transactions.
So far in 2025, the team has closed $264 million in transactions, including trading the 376-unit Lyric Apartments and a 1,242-unit, four-property portfolio.
Olivetti’s and Sims’ efforts have earned them the #1 market share in multifamily investment sales in the Las Vegas market, and they have been named among CoStar’s Power Brokers.
