Birk Sklar Team, Kiser Group
Kiser Group partners Noah Birk and Aaron Sklar teamed up in 2017 to launch the company’s Birk Sklar Team, which focuses on Chicago’s South and West Side submarkets. One of the team’s notable deals involved the sale of a 250-unit high-rise in Chicago’s South Shore neighborhood. The $22-million price tag set a transaction record in Chicago’s South Side.
Birk and Sklar’s mentoring, training and leadership philosophy transformed what began as a two-person operation into a 12-broker team. Under the duo’s guidance, the team holds the largest share of Chicago’s multifamily transactions, based on transaction numbers. Through their efforts, Birk and Sklar shed light on an underserved community, attracting local and out-of-state investments to support community development and drive economic growth.
The co-leads have both been honored as Costar’s Top Broker in Illinois and Real Estate Journal’s Broker Team of the Year.
These are some of the reasons why Noah Birk and Aaron Sklar were selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s first annual AB 100 Dealmaker of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
