As a vice chair at Colliers, based in Los Angeles, Kitty Wallace spearheads the investment sales of multifamily properties, including land development, condominium conversions, student housing, affordable properties and unique assets across the Western U.S., emphasizing Southern California. In her career, she has closed over 800 multifamily transactions totaling over $4 billion; so far in 2025, Wallace has completed over $500 million in deal volume.

Wallace regularly contributes to publications such as the Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles Business Journal, Commercial Observer and Multi-Housing News. She often serves as a panelist or moderator at commercial real estate conferences hosted by Globe St., CoStar, Bisnow, Connect CRE, Crittenden, California Bankers Association, USC, and others.

She serves on the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate Board and the National Multifamily Housing Council. She is a mentor with the ULI’s Young Leaders program and volunteers on the board of Upward Bound House.

Wallace has been named Colliers’ #1 Internationally Ranked Multifamily Broker and has received the company’s Everest Award since joining the company in 2010. Additional honors include Allen Matkins’ Most Powerful Woman in Real Estate, GlobeSt’s Multifamily Influencer and Board Member and Southern California Real Estate Magazine’s Woman of the Year.

These are some of the reasons why Kitty Wallace was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s first annual AB 100 Dealmaker of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
