Zack Torres
In 2024, closed over 52 leases totaling more than 306,000 square feet
Highlights include representing Deloitte in its takedown of 18,000 square feet
As Granite Properties’ Leasing and Asset Manager, Zack Torres is responsible for leasing Class-A, LEED-certified office buildings in Glendale, Newport Beach and Orange, CA, totaling 1.5 million square feet. Additionally, as the sole SoCal Granite leader on the ground, he’s also responsible for day-to-day operations.
In 2024, Torres signed over 52 leases totaling more than 306,824 square feet. In Glendale, he closed 32 deals totaling over 188,000 square feet, representing 25% of Granite’s Glendale portfolio. Highlights include 18,000 square feet on behalf of Deloitte, 21,000 square feet for HCA County of Orange and 20,000 square feet for Karagozian & Case.
Torres has participated in leadership development programs, including NAIOP SoCal’s YPO and Granite’s LEAD class. He’s been honored by Granite Properties with its Core Four and Exceeding Expectations awards.
In the community, Torres uses most of his Granite volunteering hours to support his family’s nonprofit for Stengel Field in Glendale, CA.
