Oversaw the lease-up of the 60,000-square-foot Cross Creek Ranch
Carly Geller is a director with Newmark. Her primary duties include representing landlords and tenants in retail and office leasing transactions.
Recent transactions include the Southern California expansion on behalf of Pura Vida Miami, a 30,000-square-foot lease in Hollywood for Puma’s headquarters and the lease-up of the 60,000-square-foot Cross Creek Ranch in Malibu.
Geller is an active member of Gen V, the under-35 sector of Women’s Visionary. She is also active in the Arche women’s real estate group and participates in Jewish Federation Real Estate Committee events and other sectors of the Jewish Federation.
