A.J. Dorn is a tenant advisory broker at Newmark, where he assists organizations with developing sound real estate strategies to save money and time and streamline the site selection and lease negotiation process.

Dorn has completed over two million square feet of office tenant rep transactions during his nine-year career, encompassing over $404 million in lease transactions for occupiers and over $137 million in sale transactions representing owner-users and investors. Since 2024, he has completed over 400,000 square feet of tenant rep transactions across Los Angeles and a dozen other states, as well as several projects outside of the U.S., including Europe and South America.

He has been recognized as Newmark’s Top Producing Junior Broker and its youngest “office-focused” managing director.
