Handled $22-million refi for Seattle apartment property

Oversaw acquisition financing totaling $19.2 million for several SoCal properties

As a senior director with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, Bradley Buzil specializes in structuring and securing commercial real estate financing across asset classes. His expertise includes permanent debt, bridge and construction financing, equity placement, and complex structures such as note-on-note and special situation loans.

Notable highlights include a $21.75-million refinance for Tellus on Dexter Apartments (Seattle), $10 million in acquisition financing for a three-property Southern California multifamily portfolio, and $9.2 million in acquisition financing for a two-property Southern California apartment portfolio.

Buzil worked his way into originations and made a conscious decision to operate independently rather than as part of a larger team. He is a mentor and leader to his team. He is president of his homeowners association and makes it a point to support local businesses.
