Represented buyers in a three-data-center acquisition valued at $960 million

Represented a client in its two-property, $40 million acquisition

An associate in DLA Piper’s Los Angeles Real Estate practice, Chrisdo Fan represents developers and investors in the acquisition, disposition, ground leasing, development, financing, joint venture, and leasing of complex commercial real estate transactions, including transactions valued at over $2 billion.

One notable highlight included the representation of StratCap Data Centers and HMC Capital in their acquisition of three data centers; the acquisition’s combined dollar volume was $960 million. She also represented EdgeConneX in its two-industrial-property, $40-million buy.

In addition to client work, Fan contributes to the firm’s internal initiatives, including expanding the firm’s data center and strategic asset class work. She also helps mentor junior associates.

Fan is a founding member of the Chinese American Lawyers Association and participates with the Urban Land Institute. A first-generation immigrant and non-English speaker (until age 11), Fan put herself through law school and built her industry connections from the ground up.

These are just a few reasons we chose Chrisdo Fan as one of Connect CRE’s California 2025 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
