In 2024, led team in a $14.5 million, vintage multifamily sale

Dustin Dolby is an executive vice president at Colliers, where he focuses on multifamily investment sales. He leads a team of seven in San Francisco, helping buyers and sellers trade real estate.

Since joining Colliers in 2016, Dolby and his team have sold 393 properties (6,435 units) at a total deal volume of $2.8 billion. In 2024, Dolby and his team sold a portfolio of three San Francisco apartment buildings for $14.5 million, the first time the assets had been sold since coming online in the 1950s.

Dolby was named Colliers’ Everest Club Award Winner, and his team received the Q1 2025 CoStar Power Broker award.

He mentors his junior brokers and helped develop the Commercial Real Estate program at the Orfalea College of Business, where he helps teach.
