Michaela Lalanne Albrecht

Became the first female junior partner on Colliers’ OBSA team
Michaela Lalanne Albrecht is a Colliers Vice President who works on the 35-person Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) team. She relies on market intelligence, financial analysis, and business insights to develop and execute real estate strategies that align with client goals. Albrecht is the first female junior partner on the OBSA team and has also been named Colliers’ Rookie of the Year.
Since 2022, she has helped acquire approximately 1.16 million square feet of office space for San Francisco, U.S. and international clients.
Albrecht participates in Colliers’ mentoring program and the company’s Acceleration Program, which combines formal training, work experience, professional exposure and coaching. She also serves on the San Francisco office’s Advisory Committee.
In the community, Albrecht is a member of Project Destined and serves as Board Governance Chair, Executive Committee Member and on the Young Professionals Committee with the Mission Dolores Academy.
