Paul Hachigian is an associate director with Thorofare Capital, where he leads due diligence efforts for complex commercial real estate transactions. In his career, he supported the team in closing nearly $1 billion in loan volume.

Hachigian joined the company seven years ago and, in that time, grew from an intern to a respected and trusted investment professional. He regularly mentors younger team members and supports the company’s intern program. He has a positive attitude and is happy to learn and assist.

In the community, Hachigian is involved with the University of Southern California, his local church and philanthropy that supports those with physical disabilities.
