As Zacuto Group’s Vice President, Matthew Luchs leads a team of professionals that sells retail properties across the Los Angeles area.

Sales highlights include the record-breaking $27-million sale of The Abbey at 686 N. Robertson in West Hollywood. Luchs and the team also handled the closing of a medical complex in Camarillo for $12 million.

Luchs has received awards from CoStar, The Los Angeles Business Journal, and other local media outlets. A native of Los Angeles, he mentors and coaches junior agents while ensuring that buyers and sellers are aware of neighborhood expectations and community guidelines before entering negotiations.
