As an attorney at CGS3, Riley Mikayo Cutner-Orrantia focuses on real estate legal issues, representing developers and investors in all phases of the commercial real estate cycle. Among her clients is a full-service real estate provider, developer, owner and operator of international luxury shopping destinations with mixed-use districts, flagship luxury boutiques and premier restaurants. 

Other highlights include representing a real estate group in luxury retail leases throughout the U.S., including a 250,000-square-foot property in Hawaii. She also represented one of the largest West Coast children’s hospitals in its $20-million facility acquisition.

An active mentor to emerging professionals, Cutner-Orrantia was named one of the San Diego Business Journal’s “Next Top Business Leaders Under 40” and received the San Diego Metro Magazine’s “40 under 40” award.

Cutner-Orrantia is a member of CREW San Diego, the Asian Pacific American Bar Association, the Women’s Energy Network and NAIOP San Diego. She also volunteers for the CREW Careers Committee. In addition, she has contributed her time to Rio Muchacho Organic Farm and is passionate about urban farming and regenerative farming practices.
