Helps oversee an affordable housing pipeline of 2,000 units across 19 sites
In a previous position, helped secure $60 million in funding for housing initiatives
Samantha Lewin is Associate Director of Development and a partner at Logos Faith Development. Logos Faith is a Los Angeles-based company that specializes in developing underutilized church land by building privately funded affordable housing communities. The firm’s current pipeline encompasses more than 2,000 units across 19 sites and is valued at $525 million.
Lewin leads project feasibility and oversees design and strategic planning, taking a hands-on approach to every stage of development, from pitch to permitting to funding.
Lewin joined Logos Faith Development 4.5 years ago, from Relevant Group, Colony Capital, and Mission Housing, where she helped to secure more than $60 million in equity and public funding for housing initiatives. She was also an urban planner with the City of Berkeley, CA.
Lewin was selected for the Freddie Mac Emerging Sponsor Cohort, a GSE program that supports emerging mission-driven developers.
