Allison Whealton

As Vice President of Western U.S. Originations at Anchor Loans, Allison Whealton is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with builders, land developers, and bankers throughout the western United States. Her focus includes structuring and originating financing solutions tailored to the needs of new home and production builders, as well as land developers.

Throughout her career, Whealton has led hundreds of millions in loan originations. Notably, she played a pivotal role in closing large-scale residential redevelopment deals in high-demand California markets. One example includes $39.1M in financing on a construction revolving loan in Hayward, CA.

Whealton mentors junior originators and analysts at Anchor Loans. She frequently participates in internal training sessions and is a thought leader on borrower engagement strategies.
