Jake Sachse
Handled $1 billion in real estate transactions in his career
Developed two co-GP investment platforms
As a director at George Smith Partners, Jake Sachse sources and structures debt and equity for commercial real estate transactions across all asset classes. In his career, he has handled $1 billion in real estate across the U.S. In a previous job, he developed two co-GP investment platforms and launched a multifamily acquisition strategy for private equity firms in Los Angeles. These initiatives supported sponsor growth and opened access to institutional equity.
Sachse collaborates across GSP’s teams, contributing his investment-side knowledge to structure nuanced capital solutions. He has been involved in sharing best practices around co-GP equity and joint ventures.
Outside of the firm, Sachse is a Cabinet Member of the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles Real Estate & Construction Division. He serves on the division’s Advisory Council and is an alumnus of the Community Leadership Institute (CLI). He is also actively involved with the ULI, the USC Alumni Real Estate Association, and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
These are just a few reasons we chose Jake Sachse as one of Connect CRE’s California 2025 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
