Tyler Paratte is a Director at Newmark specializing in tenant representation for office and research and development (R&D) companies in the San Francisco area. In his career, Paratte has represented high-profile private tech companies, Fortune 500 companies, and law firms in the AM 100.

In his previous role at Avison Young and now, at Newmark, Paratte mentors younger team members, offering guidance on prospecting, deal strategy and navigating the ups and downs of brokerage. He also collaborates with leadership on business development initiatives and shares market insights across teams to help elevate the overall platform.

While with Cushman & Wakefield, Paratte served as Co-Chair of the Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders San Francisco Chapter, where he organized volunteer and fundraising events. In 2024, he was recognized as a top-10 producer nationally among emerging leaders at Avison Young.
