Summer Greathouse

As an Associate with Bracewell’s San Antonio Office, Summer Greathouse has expertise in non-profit affordable housing finance transactions that benefit community-based organizations.

Greathouse concentrates on tax-exempt financings, tax credits and governmental contracts at the federal, state and local levels. She also has experience in real estate transactions, including financings, acquisitions, dispositions and leases.

Greathouse is a member of the Hispanic Chamber/Chamber of Commerce Leadership San Antonio Class of 2022 and was named to the San Antonio Business Journal ’s “40 Under 40. She serves as the City Council District 1 appointee to the City of San Antonio Zoning Commission. She volunteers with the San Antonio Food Bank preparing and serving meals at the Haven for Hope and offers pro bono services to families seeking asylum in the United States through the Karnes City Immigrant Family Pro Bono Project.
