Abe Goren is co-founder and Shareholder of Wilson Cribbs + Goren in Houston. His primary focus includes the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, including office buildings, retail centers, apartment projects, and land. The scope of his practice extends beyond the borders of Texas to numerous other states throughout the country.

He also has assisted foreign entities with domestic commercial real estate transactions. His clients include new entrepreneurs and Fortune 500 companies. In addition to working with clients on contracts and representation, Goren counsels on formation of effective business structures for acquisition entities.

Goren’s community involvement includes chairing the annual Evelyn Rubenstein JCC Charity Golf Tournament.

One of the first attorneys to become board certified in commercial real estate law by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of Texas, Goren has been honored by Texas Lawyers as a “Lifetime Achiever.” He’s ranked by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review as AV Prominent. The Best Lawyers in America has recognized him in Real Estate, while Super Lawyers designated him the “Top Rated Real Estate Attorney in Houston, TX.”
