For more than three decades, Marc Epstein has counseled owners, developers, landlords, tenants and investors on a variety of real estate and business transactions. He also has assisted clients in forming and structuring vehicles for investments in real estate. These include funds, joint ventures, partnerships, limited liability companies and real estate investment trusts (REITs).

As Partner with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld’s Fort Worth Office, Epstein advises clients in all facets of commercial real estate, including sales, acquisitions, financing, leasing, development, management and construction.

His recent work included advising clients on special requirements in connection with data center development, including the design, engineering, construction, financing, and leasing of data centers and co-location facilities. He also negotiated more than a billion dollars’ worth of design, engineering and construction contracts and has assisted clients in the acquisition and disposition of countless dollars of commercial real estate.

Epstein is a member of ULI and a fellow with the Texas Bar Foundation. He’s been recognized by The Legal 500 U.S. (Real Estate) and The Best Lawyers in America (Real Estate Law).
