Peter Broderick recently joined Merit Commercial Real Estate as the firm’s General Counsel. He was previously with the San Antonio office of Jackson Walker. During his 35 years in real estate law, Broderick’s notable experiences have included acquisition of the Toyota San Antonio Manufacturing plant site and incentives negotiations and representing Frost Bank in its private-partnership concerning the sale of its existing tower to the city of San Antonio and construction of a new office building.
Broderick is a graduate of Leadership San Antonio and is involved in many community endeavors. He serves on the board of directors of Centro San Antonio and was the Board Chair for that organization in 2022. He sits on the local ULI chapter’s Founder’s Council and previously served as a mentor in its mentorship program. He is a past board member of SNIPSA and former board member and past Chairman of the Board of Respite Care of San Antonio.
These are some of the reasons why we are honoring Peter Broderick with Connect CRE’s 2022 Texas Lawyers in Real Estate Award. The award celebrates real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.
