As Director with Kane Russell Coleman Logan’s Dallas office, Paul Downey’s focus is on real estate development, finance, acquisitions, sales and leasing. His more than 30-year career includes engagement in a wide variety of real estate transactions.

His current practice focus includes real estate, real estate financing and business and corporate. He regularly represents owners, developers and lenders in areas including sales, acquisitions, leasing, and financial transactions.

Downey is a member of the American Bar Association and Dallas Bar Association. Community activities include involvement with the Lakewood Child Development Center and A.R.T.S. for People, Inc.

These are some of the reasons why we are honoring Paul Downey with Connect CRE’s 2022 Texas Lawyers in Real Estate Award. The award celebrates real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.
