As Partner and Head of Bilzin Sumberg’s Real Estate practice, Suzanne Amaducci-Adams has extensive experience representing hotel, marina and mixed-use developers and leads the firm’s Hospitality group. She oversees one of the largest real estate practices in the state, consisting of a team of 40 attorneys that advises on billions of dollars’ worth of acquisitions, dispositions and development deals.

Amaducci-Adams works with developers and owners across every stage of their investments, and also works with alternative finance lenders, institutional investors, family offices and publicly traded companies.

Amaducci-Adams is a champion of the real estate industry as a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, member of the Executive Board of Directors of the Greater Miami & The Beaches Hotel Association, and is an advisory board member of the University of Miami (UM) School of Architecture Master in Real Estate Development + Urbanism. She also serves as an adjunct professor of law at the UM School of Law LL.M program in Real Property Development. She is also on the board of the Miami Downtown Development Authority.

Amaducci-Adams is active with CREW Miami, where she earned that organization’s Miami Outstanding Leadership Award. She’s also been honored by the Daily Business Review and South Florida Business Journal with numerous awards and is included in The Best Lawyers in America and Florida Super Lawyers.

These are some of the reasons why we are honoring Suzanne Amaducci-Adams with Connect CRE’s 2022 Florida Lawyers in Real Estate Award. The award celebrates real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.
