As Of Counsel with Greenberg Traurig’s Fort Lauderdale Office, David Blattner focuses on complex real estate transactions. With more than 25 years of experience in the acquisition, financing, and development of large projects, he advises clients on deals involving shopping centers, executive parks, office buildings, marinas, warehouses, hotels, flex projects, single-family and multi-family residential developments and condominiums.
Blattner assists with the negotiation and closing of significant credit facilities for the acquisition and construction of all types of real estate projects, including revolving and term loans and working capital lines of credit. His client list includes developers, domestic and multinational corporations, financial institutions, condominium and homeowner’s associations, and landlords and tenants. His operations are in Florida, the United States, Canada, South America and Asia.
Blattner is passionate about “green urbanism” and serves as the 2022 Chairman of the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Sustainability Advisory Board. Other community efforts include United Way of Broward County, Winterfest Boat Parade and executive roles at Beth Ahm Israel Synagogue.
