In his position as Partner and Real Estate Practice Vice Chair with Saul Ewing in Miami, Louis Archambault represents foreign and domestic buyers, sellers, developers, investors and lenders throughout the United States. He handles their real estate transactions, particularly in the South Florida market. Drawing on 20 years of experience as a real estate attorney,

Archambault oversees an array of deals, including  acquisitions, sales, and financings involving residential, commercial and industrial properties. He represents parties in development and redevelopment projects, including those involving condominiums, distressed properties and opportunity zones and related opportunity funding. Archambault also assists with commercial leasing and land use and zoning issues.

Archambault has a deep interest in the impact of technology on the real estate industry, particularly for developers and other industry players. He started a study group in the Firm on these issues and regularly speaks about this topic to real estate industry groups.

Professional and community efforts include work with the Florida Bar and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, SIOR Florida Chapter, CCIM Miami-Dade/Monroe County, Florida Chapter and Florida Lawyers Network. He’s also active with the Italy America Chamber of Commerce and served as vice president and founding member of the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals.

South Florida Legal Guide named Archambault to its Top Lawyers list and Top Up & Comer lists, and Florida Super Lawyers named him a Rising Star for Real Estate, Business and Corporate Law.
