Adam Weiss was recently named to the role of Partner with the firm of Solomon, Cooperman, Recondo & Weiss.

In his role with the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, Weiss represents national developers, private equity funds, institutional and private lenders, retailers, owners, and investors. Among other major deals, Weiss represented a private equity fund in a $101 million acquisition of an institutional grade multifamily project in Texas and represented a developer in connection with a $66 million construction loan to develop a mixed-use project in the Midwest.

Before joining the firm, Weiss was a real estate associate in the Miami office of Akerman LLP.

These are some of the reasons why we are honoring Adam Weiss with Connect CRE’s 2022 Florida Lawyers in Real Estate Award. The award celebrates real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.
