Markham has a broad spectrum of experience in acquisitions, development, dispositions, leasing, eminent domain actions, complex assemblages and repurposing of commercial projects. She works regularly with national homebuilders in all aspects of the development of residential subdivisions and with healthcare industry clients in the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of medical facilities. Clients frequently look to Markham for strategic advice and guidance in structuring and closing difficult transactions.

Before joining BakerHostetler, Markham was Partner with McKenna Long & Aldridge and Counsel with Bryan Cave LLP and Powell Goldstein LLP.
